It is not a requirement to have liability insurance for volunteer service at the Dream Centers Women’s Clinic. A copy of your current medical license is required. We are only able to take NPs with less than 1800 prescribing hours under special circumstances. We ask that medical professionals submit a copy of their current license.

We need other specialties like Cardiologists, Endocrinologists, Radiologists, Dentists, etc. who are able to donate clinic visits/services in their own offices. We need dietitians, nutritionists, life coaches, etc. who can provide quarterly classes for our patients at the clinic, preferably in the evening.

FIRST IMPRESSIONS TEAM MEMBER
The First Impressions Team meets, greets, and makes appointments for our patients. You should be enthusiastic, compassionate, patient, and competent with a servant’s heart to work on this team. Representing the Dream Centers Women’s Clinic in a professional, courteous manner is key to this position. Excellent people skills are required in this role as you will interact with patients, volunteers, donors, and various medical personnel. You should be comfortable using the computer, making phone calls, and interacting with many personalities. Other tasks include data entry, light cleaning and assisting with patients’ children. An outgoing personality, organizational skills, and flexibility are your characteristics.

PRAYER TEAM MEMBER
Prayer team members encourage clients in person through prayer, and pray over each written prayer requests that patients leave with us. Members also offer information to connect each patient to local churches in their neighborhood. Prayer team members do not offer personal or professional counseling or judgment. We pray in teams of two for individual patients or groups. Our desire is to point hurting people toward the healer. Volunteers must be friendly, approachable, and confident in establishing boundaries.
Time commitment: Two hours per week

RESOURCE ADVOCATE
As a Resource Advocate, your main goal is to guide patients to local community resources that can assist in meeting their critical needs. We do this by talking with patients, listening to their needs, and pointing them to to the available resources in our area that can help with their needs for services, material goods, and basic human needs. Advocates assist in tracking and maintaining up-to-date information about community resources available to our clients as well as documenting patient interaction. All patient contact will occur at or from the clinic. Some RA work can be done from home under the direction of the RA Team Leader.
Time commitment: Two to four hours per week
